I've just come across this wonderful new yarn company, called, Knit Collage. Owned by Amy and Mavis, two American Designers. Whats so great and inspiring about this company is, that they create work for uneducated women in Punjab. They spend countless hours teaching the ladies how to craft the yarns on traditional spinning wheels. All the spinning takes place in India where they recently moved their studio. This stunning scarf is a work of art, handknit with Knit Collage Gypsy Garden, 75%Wool/25%Mohair yarn. Sequins, sparkly ribbon, and handcrochet flowers are interspersed throughout the yarn, making this a must have in your accessories collection. Please be advised, this yarn was very expensive, plus my time, and skill knitting, so it will be reflected in the price.
